Summertime Rolls

Twilight arrives earlier, and thoughts give way to coming chill winds, trick-or-treating, and various holiday gatherings to attend as the nights grow chilly arms to encircle us for the next several months.

We see the seasons change, we even feel their alterations. Can we hear them too? What do they have to tell us?

Perhaps: "Cut or buy some firewood!"

Or:"Check out the new rainboots!"

Maybe even: "Find the joy in change".

Set aside some time for reflection this time of year, as Summer's heat dissipates, allowing Autumn's colors and cool to take it's turn on stage.

Our bodies, too, react to the differences in sunlight and temperature. We may find that we experience new challenges as our personal temples adjust to this change.

Be open to these changes: respect them, and extend your awareness outward to greet these changes. They may lead to new insights, abilities, or progress. Growth happens even during the harvest.
